Loretta's experience includes serving in the U.S. Air Force; a career with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as an air traffic controller in Anchorage, Alaska, an air traffic instructor and program developer at the FAA Acadamy in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and an Operations Officer in the FAA Great Lakes Regional office in Chicago.
Loretta holds a bachelor of arts degree from Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and an AA degree from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, Alaska.
